This Privacy Policy describes how The Well, A Social Health Collective (“The Well,” “we,” “us,”

or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website at

https://www.thelakeelmowell.com (the “Site”), join our waitlist, or otherwise communicate with

us. By using the Site or submitting your information through any form on the Site, you agree to

the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as certain information

automatically when you use our Site.

Information You Provide

When you join our waitlist, request information, or fill out any form on the Site, we may collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Any other information you choose to provide in a message or form field, such as your

interests or questions about our memberships and services

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical

information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the

dates and times of your visits. This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, and

similar tracking technologies, including advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to and follow up with you. When you submit your information through a

form on the Site, you are requesting that we contact you. By submitting a form, you

expressly consent to being contacted by The Well, and by any business operating at or

within The Well, by telephone call, text/SMS message, and email regarding

memberships, services, openings, promotions, events, and related information, including

through the use of automated or autodialed technology where applicable. You

understand and agree that this consent extends to communications about any and all

businesses located at or operating within The Well, including but not limited to the

Anytime Fitness gym opening at that location, as well as any other business now or later

operating at that address.

• To add you to our waitlist and provide first-access opportunities, updates, and early

booking information

• To provide, operate, and improve our Site and services

• To send marketing and promotional communications, which you may opt out of at any

time (see Section 8)

• To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising, including ads delivered on

platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text

messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can request help by replying

HELP. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any

product or service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited

circumstances:

• Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services

on our behalf, such as our website host (Squarespace), our customer relationship

management and messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), email and text

messaging providers, and analytics and advertising partners. These providers are

authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

• Advertising platforms. We may share certain information with advertising platforms

such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to deliver and measure advertising, including

through tools that match or create custom and lookalike audiences.

• Businesses at The Well. The Well is a wellness campus that houses multiple

businesses and offerings at a single location, which may include an Anytime Fitness

gym, thermal and recovery services, med spa and longevity services, a community café,

and other businesses that may operate at or within The Well now or in the future. When

you join our waitlist or submit information through the Site, you understand and agree

that you may be contacted about, and that your information may be shared with, any

business located at or operating within The Well, including but not limited to the Anytime

Fitness gym, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing relevant

information, updates, and openings.

• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required to do so by law,

subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights,

your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government

request.

• Business transfers. If The Well is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of

assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Health and Wellness Information

The Well offers fitness, recovery, med spa, and longevity-related services. Through the Site and

waitlist forms described in this Policy, we are collecting general contact and interest information

only, and we do not request medical or health information through these forms. Any health-

related information you may provide later in connection with specific med spa or clinical services

may be subject to additional privacy protections and separate notices, including, where

applicable, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Please do not

submit sensitive health information through the general contact or waitlist forms on the Site.

5. Third-Party Links and Forms

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and may embed forms hosted by third-party

providers (for example, our waitlist form). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of

third parties that we do not own or control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of

any third-party site or service you interact with.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors

use it, and support advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us

measure the performance of our ads and show relevant ads to you and others. You can control

cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through the

settings offered by advertising platforms such as Meta. Disabling cookies may affect how the

Site functions.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the

unsubscribe link in any email we send.

• Text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

• Phone calls. You may ask us to stop calling you by telling us during any call or by

contacting us using the information in Section 10.

• Access and deletion. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to

request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about

you. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 10.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in

this Policy, including to contact you about our services, unless a longer retention period is

required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable

steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your

information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic

storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect

personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal

information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last

Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes

constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
